If you just purchased the live class - You will be emailed additional class instructions during normal business hours....or the next day.
If you just purchased the online recorded class ($77) your class login credentials & instructions have been emailed to you. The training is not on this website. Your email address is the user ID and a special password was created, which you will see in the email. If you do not see the email within 5 minutes please check your spam folder. Sometimes company email systems block outside emails. If you have not received the email after 20 minutes please call (347) 427-9091...and we will help you during normal business hours.

If you just purchased an extension of time for online training, please allow up to a few hours during normal business hours.
